The Apollo Center Camp Policies & Information


CAMP POLICIES

  • All classes will have a maximum amount of students to accommodate a safe working environment

    • Student/Teacher Ratio: 8/1 or 6/1 for younger groups

WHAT TO WEAR

  • Form fitting athletic clothes that will cover the torso, backs of the knees and armpit areas

    • Adult Recommendation-Leggings/yoga pants and a form fitting shirt that covers the armpits

    • Youth Recommendation-Leotard, tights/leggings and a form-fitting shirt that covers the armpits

    • Male students should wear long athletic shorts or pants

      • Form fitting biker shorts underneath are recommended

  • Avoid baggy clothes as this will get caught in the fabric and ropes.

  • Clothing with zippers, buckles, buttons or anything else sharp that can tear our fabric is prohibited during class.

  • All jewelry must be taken off prior to class

LUNCH

  • All Campers will need to bring a sack lunch and a water bottle for all camps.

    • There will be a 30 minute lunch break for all camps

    • There is a NO Peanut Butter Rule for all lunches.

QUARANTINE GUIDELINES

  • If you/your child has a COVID exposure while enrolled in the camp, please communicate this with us as soon as possible so we can take the appropriate precautions with our center. We are following all CDC guidelines and recommendations for quarantining for anyone that tests positive for COVID.

CANCELLATION POLICY

  • There is a $25 camp deposit required for all camp enrollments to book their child(rens) spot in the camp.

  • Camp Balance is run at the beginning of the month that you camp will occur in. If you registered after the first of the month, then the balance will run as soon as we approve your registration on our end.

  • If you Need to Cancel Your Camp:

    • 30 Days or more prior to the start of the camp: the camp deposit will not be eligible for a refund but will be issued as a credit for a different or future camp/class.

    • Less then a month from the start of the camp: the camp deposit will not be eligible for a refund or credit. The camp balance(s) will be transferable to a different camp or class.

    • Less than 24 hours to start of camp: deposit and camp balance will not be transferrable or refunded.
