The Apollo Center -Birthday Party Contract

Please complete your Birthday Party Contract within 48 hours of booking to confirm your party. Please initial under each policy.

We will provide WAIVERS on the day of your party. It is important to remember that every child participating MUST have a waiver signed by their parent/guardian in order to participate in all the fun! If you prefer to include the waiver with your invitations, you can download it HERE.

All parties include 70 minutes in the gym and 20 minutes in the party area.

No child can participate without a waiver signed by his or her own parent or legal guardian. No Exceptions.

The $50 deposit is non-refundable, but can be used as a credit upon return should you have to cancel your party.

A credit card on file is required to book the party. Your final balance will be billed to your credit card on the Thursday before your party when we call for a final headcount and confirmation of party details.

We require a confirmed head count (including the birthday child) by 12:00 PM the Thursday before your party to confirm your package price.

Children 18 months and younger are not included in the head count as long as the child is within arms-reach of a parent at all times.

If you have fewer guests show up than your confirmed package, you will still be charged the confirmed package price. If you have more guests show up than the number you confirmed, you will be charged for the higher package. This is due to our teacher/student safety ratio; we must staff accordingly.

If you are providing your own paper products, these must be dropped off to the studio prior to your party day so our staff can set everything up for you prior to your arrival. You may arrive 10 to 15 minutes early for any additional set-up. You may bring any food or decorations you would like.

Parties have a 15 minute grace period at the end of your party for clean up to ensure our staff has adequete time to set-up for the next party coming in, if applicable.

Parents are permitted on the gym floor with their child(ren) but are not allowed on any equipment.

No alcohol is permitted at The Apollo Center

Food and drinks must be kept in the designated party room. There is no food or drinks allowed on the gym floor.
